  • After paying the pro-forma invoice, we will contact you and inform you about further instructions

Cancellation conditions

We organize the event in the best belief that conference can take place as planned 1.-06.11.2021.
In case of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, before 1.09 we will refund the full cost except office expenses 50 € per person.
In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, after 1.09. we will refund 80% of the total cost and 20% will remain office expenses.
Please note that all bank costs will be covered by the conference participant.

If participant will cancel reservation

  • before 1.08. we will keep office expenses 50 € per persons

  • 1.08.-31.08. we will refund 75 % of the package price

  • 1.09.-30.09. we will refund 50 % of the package price

  • After 1.10. the package is non-refundable


Our students will be waiting for you when You arrive to Tallinn on the 1st of November. They will escort you to the hotels by public transport.

We have prepared a conference badge for you with your details and QR code.

You can use that QR code to move with any city public transportation except for taxi


We have not organized transfer from hotels on departure dates.

By that time you are already familiar with Tallinn.

Covid-19 information and conditions

Here we will report all travel conditions related to COVID-19 on an ongoing basis.

Also, what are the requirements for holding a conference concerning COVID-19 on the basis on national regulations considering the conditions (vaccinations passports, negative PCR test, evidence of the presence of antibodies).

We are always delighted to welcome new schools to our association, because our cooperation in the field of education and training in different fields on a European level is and will always be our strength and our pride. When we consider how proud and dynamic a new school like Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Oeste (Caldas da Rainha, Portugal) is of its AEHT membership, even going so far as to organise a Europe Day involving the whole school community, we can only look forward to interacting with this new member in view of the many opportunities created by the AEHT.Here is an account of the amazing day the above-mentioned school organized in honor of Europe and of their new AEHT membership:"The School Community of Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Oeste celebrated the Europe Day on 9th May. The whole school community in the presence of the Councilor for Education of Caldas da Rainha City Hall participated in the festivities.The day started with the participation of students in a Kahoot game related to the European Union, followed by the unveiling of the European Association of Hotel and Tourism Schools membership plaque and the hoisting of the European Union flag in presence of the entire school community.The imagination and senses were then invited to travel through sun and snow routes (Spain, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Germany and France) by the thematic lunch served in the school cafeteria.The exposition ‘The bridge from me to the other’, the theme and challenge launched by the Ambassador Schools of the European Parliament to the students posted on a postcard through their eyes, remained on display throughout the week.During the afternoon, the Kahoot continued and on Friday, after the participation of all classes, the winners were announced and were given a price: a carriage ride in Óbidos.The organizers would like to thank the participation of the whole school community, the Principal and the Councilor for Education, Mrs. Maria João Domingues.Special thanks go to the Food Production Management class, who prepared the European menu in an exceptional way, and to the Tourism Management class who produced the audio-visual media and the decoration of the cafeteria."
